【新型冠狀病毒肺炎】​政府延長僱員特別上班安排至二月十八日 (Special work arrangements for government employees to be extended , COVID-19) ...... !

因應本地疫情仍然非常嚴峻，政府有需要繼續採取措施，大幅減少社區的人流和社交接觸，阻止病毒在社區海嘯式傳播。政府發言人今日（二月十日）宣布，政府僱員特別上班安排將會延長至二月十八日，除了提供緊急和必須公共服務和參與防疫有關的人員外，其他政府僱員盡量繼續留在家中工作。政府會密切監察疫情的發展，二月十八日前再檢視情況。

發言人表示，在實行特別上班安排期間，政府部門繼續維持緊急和必須公共服務。控制第五波疫情是政府現時首要任務。大量政府僱員一直緊守崗位、不辭勞苦參與抗疫工作，各部門會繼續因應疫情發展和實際需要，動員政府僱員全力支援抗疫工作。

發言人續說：「政府因應疫情而需減少為市民提供公共服務，造成不便，希望市民理解。但個別部門仍會就各項服務的最新需求作出安排，另行作出公布。為減少政府大樓和辦公室的人流，市民請盡量利用郵寄、投遞箱或網上服務等方法，以獲所需服務。同時，市民進入或身處任何政府大樓或辦事處時，必須一直佩戴口罩，並遵從相關部門實施的感染控制和社交距離措施，包括使用『安心出行』流動應用程式、體溫檢測和人流控制安排。」

發言人再次呼籲僱主盡量讓員工在家工作，以減少社區人流和社交接觸。

​As the local epidemic situation remains severe, it is necessary for the Government to continue to take measures to significantly reduce the flow of people and social contacts in the community so as to curb further spreading of the virus. A Government spokesman announced today (February 10) that the special work arrangements for government employees will be extended until February 18. Save for those involved in the provision of emergency services and essential public services and in anti-epidemic efforts, all other government employees will be arranged to continue to work from home as far as possible. The Government will closely monitor the epidemic situation and review the arrangements before February 18.
      
The spokesman said that during the implementation of the special work arrangements, Government departments will continue to provide emergency services and essential public services. Containing the fifth wave of the epidemic is now the Government's top priority. A large number of government employees have steadfastly dedicated themselves to the anti-epidemic efforts. Depending on the development of the epidemic situation and actual needs, departments will continue to proactively mobilise their staff members to support the anti-epidemic efforts in full force.
          
"The Government appeals to members of the public for their understanding on the inconvenience caused by the reduction in public services in view of the epidemic. Individual departments, having regard to the latest demand for their services, will make suitable arrangements and announcements separately. To reduce the flow of people in government buildings and offices, members of the public are encouraged as far as possible to use alternative means, such as the post, drop-in boxes or online channels, to receive the services they need. Meanwhile, members of the public should wear surgical masks at all times when they are entering or are present in any government buildings or offices, and comply with the infection control and social distancing measures implemented by relevant departments including using the 'LeaveHomeSafe' mobile app, temperature checks and crowd control arrangements."
           
The spokesman appeals to employers again to allow their staff members to work from home as far as possible so as to reduce the flow of people and social contact in the community.
