HK$10,500 per month
(i) be students studying full-time programmes offered by post-secondary institutions;
(ii) have completed the second year of a bachelor degree with major in Accountancy or Information Systems under a programme of three years or more;
(iii) not yet complete their final year of study before the internship period commences;
(iv) have good accounting knowledge
(v) have good communication skills and good command of written English; and
(vi) be proficient in using MS Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and search engines.
The intern is mainly deployed to assist in system development/implementation (including user acceptance tests), logistic arrangement, accounting-related work, research work and any other duties as required.
Terms of Appointment:
The intern is engaged under non-civil service appointment. Employment period is from September 2021 to August 2022 (about 12 months). They are normally required to work 44 hours per week. They are eligible for rest days, statutory holidays, general holidays, and sickness days. They are subject to the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme Ordinance (Cap. 485).
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.

How to apply:
(a) Hong Kong students studying in local post-secondary institutions should apply through the Student Affairs Offices/Career Centres of their respective institutions. They are advised to note the deadlines set by the respective institutions. Direct applications from local students will not be considered.
(b) Students studying in non-local institutions should download application forms from Treasury Website (http://www.try.gov.hk). Completed application form, together with copies of certificates of their student status and academic transcripts should be forwarded by post (the postmark date on the envelope will be regarded as the date of application) to the enquiry address below on or before the closing date for application. Please mark “Application for Intern (Information Systems Branch)” on the envelope. Applicants who do not possess the entry requirements, applications which are late, incomplete or without the required supporting documents and applications submitted by fax or e-mail will NOT be considered. All eligible applicants MUST attend a selection interview in July 2021. NO alternative arrangements will be made for those who fail to attend the interview and their applications will NOT be further processed.
Applicants who have not received a reply from the Treasury by 31 August 2021 may assume their applications are unsuccessful.
