(d)具備良好的中英文講寫能力;
(e) 能純熟使用常用商業電腦軟件(包括MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint),並熟悉中英文文書處理;以及
(f) 具備良好的溝通及人際關係技巧。

職責: 高級行政助理的主要職責為:

(a) 協助有關政府防疫抗疫的工作,包括聯絡負責相關項目的外部及內部人員、協調相關政府持份者以確保酬金適當地發放等;

(b) 為會議/項目/活動提供後勤支援,例如安排會議、預備/草擬/整理資料和文件夾、安排和布置場地、撰寫紀要、監察跟進行動等;

(c) 執行行政職務、草擬紀要和文件、處理查詢、支援辦公室日常運作、協助擬備報告/統計/報表/呈報資料等;

(d) 協助政府不同職系為加強人手而進行的招聘工作;

(e) 協助執行一般辦公室行政及管理職務;處理檔案管理、採購和物料供應事宜;收集和分析統計資料並編寫報告;與不同分部/相關各方協調以處理公眾查詢/投訴;以及

(f) 執行獲指派的其他職務。

獲聘的申請人或由本局調派到各決策局或部門工作,他們需要靈活貫通地工作,並須在極短的時間內執行不同性質的職務。工作安排將視乎有關局/部門的服務需求而定。獲聘的申請人不會有調職安排,並須準備可能需要執行戶外工作和逾時工作、不定時或輪班工作,以及在星期六、星期日和公眾假期上班。
聘用條款: 申請人如獲錄用,將按非公務員合約條款受聘,聘用期不超過12個月。
福利: 有薪年假為12天,如合約期少於12個月,年假將按比例計算。受聘人亦可享有《僱傭條例》所規定的休息日、公眾假期、產假╱侍產假和疾病津貼(如適用)。受聘人如能圓滿完成合約,而期間一直表現理想,行為良好,可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金(如獲發放)連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於受聘人在合約期所得底薪總額的15%。
附註: (a) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。
(b) 作為提供平等就業機會的僱主,政府致力消除在就業方面的歧視。所有符合基本入職條件的人士,不論其殘疾、性別、婚姻狀況、懷孕狀況、年齡、家庭崗位、性傾向和種族,均可申請本欄刊登的職位。
(c) 非公務員職位不屬於公務員編制內的職位。申請人如獲聘用,將不會按公務員聘用條款和服務條件聘任。受聘的申請人並非公務員,不符合資格獲調職、晉升或轉職至公務員職位。
(d) 薪酬、聘用條款及服務條件,會以獲聘當時的規定為準。
(e) 如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,招聘部門或會訂立篩選準則,甄選較適合的合資格申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲甄選的申請人會獲邀參加遴選面試。
(f) 政府的政策,是盡可能安排殘疾人士擔任合適職位。符合入職條件的殘疾申請人將無須再經篩選,即會獲邀參加遴選面試。在適合受聘而有申報為殘疾的申請人和適合受聘程度相若的其他申請人當中,招聘當局可給予前者適度的優先錄用機會。有關政府聘用殘疾人士的政策及其他相關措施載列於《用人唯才:殘疾人士申請政府職位》的資料冊內。申請人可於公務員事務局互聯網站參閱該資料冊,網址如下:http://www.csb.gov.hk內的“公務員隊伍的管理-聘任”。
(g) 持有本港以外院校╱非香港考試及評核局所頒授學歷的人士亦可申請,惟其學歷必須經過評審以確定是否等同職位所要求的入職資歷。有關申請人須郵寄修業成績表副本及證書副本到公務員事務局。

Entry Requirements: Candidates should have –
(a) bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note 1];
(c) at least six years of full time post-degree working experience in executive/management/administrative duties preferably in the Government or public bodies [See Note 2];
(d) good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
(e) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing; and
(f) good communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties: Major duties of a Senior Executive Assistant will include the following:

(a) To assist in work relating to the Government’s anti-epidemic efforts, such as liaising with external and internal parties engaged to assist in relevant programmes, and co-ordinating with relevant Government stakeholders to ensure proper remuneration;

(b) To provide logistical support to meetings/events/activities, such as lining up meetings, preparing, drafting and/or consolidating materials and folders, setting up venues, taking notes and keeping track of follow-up actions;

(c) To perform executive duties, draft notes and papers, handle enquiries, support daily office operation, and assist in preparing reports, statistics, returns and submissions;

(d) To assist in recruitment efforts to strengthen the manpower of various grades of the Government;

(e) To assist in handling general office administration and management duties; dealing with records management, procurement and stores matters; collecting and analysing statistical information and compiling reports; co-ordinating with divisions/relevant parties in handling public enquiries/complaints; and

(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates may be deployed to work in different government bureaux or departments (B/Ds) at the sole discretion of this bureau. They should be versatile and flexible, and will be required to take on tasks of different nature at a very short notice. The work arrangements will be subject to the service needs of the B/Ds concerned and the successful candidates will not be eligible for posting. They should expect to be required to perform outdoor work and work overtime, irregular hours or shifts, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for a period not more than 12 months.
Fringe Benefits 12 days of annual leave and entitlement for annual leave will be calculated on pro-rata basis for appointment less than 12 months. Rest days, general holidays, maternity/paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance. An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. This gratuity, if granted, plus the Government’s contributions to the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
General Notes: (a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

If a disabled candidate meets the entry requirements, he/she will be invited to attend the selection interview without being subject to any further shortlisting criteria. Applicants who have declared disabilities found suitable for appointment may be given an appropriate degree of preference over other applicants whose suitability for appointment is considered comparable to that of the former. (g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong Institutions/ Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. They should submit copies of their official transcripts and certificates by mail together with their applications forms to the Civil Service Bureau.
