二級康樂助理員
薪酬: 月薪港幣29,500元或獲聘用者任職公務員退休前的實職薪點,以較低者為準。 康樂及文化事務署現按「退休後服務合約」計劃招聘符合以下入職條件的退休公務員或正在放取離職前休假並即將退休的公務員出任二級康樂助理員一職。辭職公務員將不獲考慮。
入職條件:
申請人必須為︰
(1) (i) 以截止申請日期當日計算,於康樂及文化事務署停止工作不多於三年的退休高級康樂助理員、一級康樂助理員或二級康樂助理員;或
(ii) 以截止申請日期當日計算,正在放取離職前休假並即將退休的高級康樂助理員、一級康樂助理員或二級康樂助理員;以及
(2) 在康樂及文化事務署最近三年服務期內工作表現及品格良好。
職責:
(1) 督導初級人員提供日常的康樂及市容服務,包括場地管理、樹藝及園藝工作、植物培植及環境美化;
(2) 協助舉辦康樂及體育活動;以及
(3) 協助採取與康樂事務管理有關的執法行動。
[註:獲取錄的申請人須注意下列各點:
(i) 或須在當值時駕駛小型電單車/腳踏車/汽車;及
(ii) 初級人員包括提供康樂及市容服務的承辦商及其員工。]
工作時間: 每週標準工作時數是淨45小時(不包括用膳時間)。獲聘申請人或須輪班及不定時工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期),實際工作時間由主管分派。
工作地點: 獲聘申請人須依從本署的調派,於本署轄下的花園、康樂場地、公園、康樂中心、體育館、運動場、其他設施及場地或組別工作,以配合運作需要。獲聘者或須被派往偏遠地區(包括離島區)工作。
聘用條款: 獲聘申請人將按「退休後服務合約」計劃的合約條款聘用,合約期約為12個月。本署會根據運作需要,決定實際合約期。
福利:
在適當的情況下,僱員可根據《僱傭條例》的規定而享有休息日、法定假期(或代替假日)、年假、產假/侍產假及疾病津貼。受聘的退休後服務合約二級康樂助理員如圓滿完成整個合約期,並且在職期間工作表現及品格良好,可獲得一筆約滿酬金。該筆酬金加上部門根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》(第485章)的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於受聘人在有合約期內所支取底薪總額的15%。
根據「不得享用雙重福利」規則,獲聘為退休後服務合約二級康樂助理員的正在放取離職前休假並即將退休的高級康樂助理員、一級康樂助理員或二級康樂助理員,於重疊期間(即該人員正在放取離職前休假與受僱為退休後服務合約二級康樂助理員的期間),不可享有約滿酬金福利,直至該人員正式離開公務員隊伍為止。
根據有關退休金法例,領取退休金人員如出任「退休後服務合約」計劃下的職位,除非其已達正常或指定退休年齡,否則在其退休後服務合約期內,其每月退休金將會被暫停發放,直至其已達正常或指定退休年齡為止。
申請手續:
(1) 申請表格[G.F.340(3/2013修訂版)]可向民政事務總署各區民政事務處民政諮詢中心或勞工處就業科各就業中心索取,或從公務員事務局互聯網站(http://www.csb.gov.hk)下載。
(2) 以親身或郵寄方式遞交的申請書須於二零二二年八月十八日或之前送達香港新界沙田排頭街1-3號康樂及文化事務署總部8樓康樂事務部支援組聘用及編制小組,信封面須清楚註明「申請退休後服務合約計劃二級康樂助理員」。信封上的郵戳日期將視為申請日期。
(3) 為避免郵件過期或未能成功派遞,在投寄前請確保信封面已清楚寫上正確地址及已貼上足夠郵資。所有郵資不足的郵件將不會派遞至本署,並會由香港郵政按情況退還寄件人或銷毀。申請人須自行承擔因未有支付足夠郵資而引致的任何後果。所有申請書,如資料不全、逾期遞交、以傳真、電郵方式提交、申請人未妥為簽署、非使用指定的申請表格,將不獲處理。
(4) 申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試,通常會在截止申請日期後八至十二個星期內接獲通知。如申請人未獲邀參加遴選面試,則可視作經已落選。

附註:
退休後服務合約計劃職位
(a) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。

Amenities Assistant II
Salary: $29,500 per month or the actual pay point of an appointed candidate before his/her retirement from the civil service, whichever is lower. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) is inviting applications for the position of Amenities Assistant II under the Post-Retirement Service Contract (PRSC) Scheme. Only retired civil servants or civil servants who are on final leave prior to their retirement meeting the following entry requirements are eligible for applying for the said PRSC position. Resignees will not be considered.
Entry Requirements:
Candidates should be/ have –
(1) (i) retired Senior Amenities Assistant (SAA), Amenities Assistant (AA) I and AA II who have ceased work in LCSD for not more than three years at the time of close of applications; or
(ii) SAA, AA I or AA II who are on final leave prior to their retirement at the time of close of applications; and
(2) satisfactory performance and conduct in the most recent three years of service in LCSD.
Duties:
(1) Providing day-to-day supervision of minor staff in the provision of recreational and amenities services including venue management, arboricultural and horticultural practices, plant production and landscape construction;
(2) Assisting in recreation and sports programme; and
(3) Assisting in law enforcement actions in connection with leisure services management.
[Notes: Appointed candidates should note the following –
(i) They may be required to drive motor scooters/cycles/cars on duty; and
(ii) Minor staff include contractors and their staff providing recreational and amenities services.]
Working Hours: The conditioned working hours are 45 hours net per week (excluding meal breaks). He/ She may be required to perform shift duties and work irregular hours (including on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Actual working hours will be arranged by supervisors.
Working Location: Appointed candidates will be deployed to work in gardens, recreation grounds, parks, recreation centres, sports centres, sports grounds, other facilities and venues or sections of LCSD. He/ She is subject to the deployment by the LCSD to meet operational needs. He/ She may be required to work in remote areas (including outlying islands).
Terms of Appointment: Applicants will be appointed on contract terms under the PRSC Scheme. The contract period is around 12 months. The actual contract period will be determined by LCSD according to operational needs.
Fringe Benefits:
Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity/ paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance. Upon satisfactory completion of the contract and subject to satisfactory performance and conduct during the contract period, PRSC Amenities Assistants II may be granted a gratuity. The gratuity payable for the contract will be the sum which, when added to the Government’s contribution as required by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Cap 485), equals to 15% of the total basic salary of substantive office drawn during the period of contract.
According to the “No Double Benefit” rule, retiring SAAs/ AAs I/ AAs II who are on final leave and employed as PRSC AAs II will not be entitled to contract gratuity during the overlapping period, i.e. the period when the staff are on final leave and are employed as PRSC AAs I, until their formal departure from the civil service.
For pensioners taking up PRSC positions, the payment of their monthly pensions will be suspended under the pension legislation during the period of their PRSC employment, unless and until they have reached the applicable normal or prescribed retirement age specified in the relevant pension legislation.

(1) Application Forms [G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2013)] are obtainable from any Home Affairs Enquiry Centre of District Offices, Home Affairs Department or any Job Centres of the Employment Services Division, Labour Department. The said form can also be downloaded from the Civil Service Bureau's web site (http://www.csb.gov.hk).
(2) Applications submitted in person or by post should reach the Appointments and Establishment Unit, Support Section, Leisure Services Branch, 8/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong not later than 18 August 2022. Please specify clearly “Application for PRSC Amenities Assistant II” on the envelope. The post mark date on the envelope will be regarded as the date of application.
(3) To avoid delayed or unsuccessful delivery of applications by post, please ensure that the correct address is clearly printed or written on the envelope and sufficient postage has been affixed before posting. Mail items bearing insufficient postage will not be delivered to this Department and will be returned to the sender or disposed of by the Hongkong Post, where appropriate. Applicants will bear any consequences arising from paying insufficient postage. Applications which are incomplete, late, submitted by fax or email, not duly signed by the applicants, or not made in the prescribed form will not be accepted.
(4) Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in 8-12 weeks from the closing date for applications. Those who are not invited for selection interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

PRSC Scheme posts
