入職條件:	申請人必須－ (a) 持有由本港大學頒授的工商管理、市場學、經濟學、法律研究或相關學科學士學位，或具備同等學歷； (b) 取得香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科第3級或以上的成績或同等學歷 ； (c) 在取得相關學歷後，具備最少三年有關商業管理、市場推廣、知識產權或相關範疇的全職工作經驗； (d) 中英文書寫能力良好，能操流利粵語、普通話及英語； (e) 精通電腦軟件應用，包括Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、中文文書處理；以及 (f) 積極主動，勤奮不懈，具備良好人際關係、溝通、解難和分析能力，做事有條理，注重細節，並能承受壓力和在限期緊迫的情況下獨立和靈活地處理工作。 [註：政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，2007年之前的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)「C級」的成績，在行政上會獲接納為等同2007年及之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科「第3級」的成績。]
職責:	(a) 協助制定和推行計劃，為文創產業建設和維持文化知識產權業務生態圈； (b) 協助識別支援文化知識產權業務的良好做法； (c) 支援文創業界，以推動知識產權的創造和促進知識產權的生產及貿易； (d) 支援文創業界，優化業界的知識產權，以開拓商機／商品化機會，並透過知識產權貿易締造經濟價值； (e) 協助物色和評估具有潛在知識產權授權機會的文創產業； (f) 統籌活動及提供後勤支援，以促進和推動文創產業知識產權的創造及生產；以及 (g) 執行其他獲指派職務。 註： (1)遇有職務需要，受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。 (2)入選的申請人須參加筆試及／或面試。
聘用條款:	獲取錄的申請人會按非公務員合約條款聘用，為期24個月。
福利:	受聘人如能圓滿履行合約，而期間工作表現及行為一直良好，可在合約期結束後獲發酬金。如獲發酬金，酬金數額連同政府按照《強制性公積金計劃條例》(第485章)的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的任何供款，會相等於受聘人在合約期內所得底薪總額的15%。受聘人在符合《僱傭條例》(第57章)規定的適當情況下，可享有休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、年假、病假等。

Entry Requirements:	Candidate should have/be: (a) a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Legal Studies or a related discipline; (b) attained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent results ; (c) a minimum of three years of relevant post-qualification full-time work experience in business management, marketing, intellectual property (IP) or related fields; (d) good command of written Chinese and English, and fluency in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English; (e) sound knowledge of application software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing; and (f) self-motivated, hard working with good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, well-organised and mindful to details, and able to work independently and flexibly under pressure and tight time frame. [Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
Duties:	(a) To assist in developing and implementing plans to establish and sustain a cultural intellectual property (IP) business ecosystem for the cultural and creative industries; (b) To assist in identifying good practices in providing cultural IP business support; (c) To provide support to the cultural and creative sectors for propelling IP creation and nurturing IP production and IP trading; (d) To provide support to the cultural and creative sectors in enhancing their IPs to explore business / commercialisation opportunities and yielding economic values through IP trading; (e) To assist in identifying and evaluating the potential IP licensing opportunities for the cultural and creative industries; (f) To coordinate and support logistic arrangements in organising events and activities to facilitate and promote IP creation and production for the cultural and creative industries; and (g) To perform other duties as assigned. Note: (1)Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. (2)Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test and/or an interview.
Terms of Appointment:	Successful candidate will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for 24 months.
Fringe Benefits	A gratuity may be granted at the end of contract period if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance (Cap. 485), will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary received during the contract period. Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, sick leave, etc., where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57).
