(ii) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲「第2級」〔見註(2)〕或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(iii) 在取得有關學歷後具備至少四(4)年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗,其中一(1)年必須擔任類似職位並負責相若職責;以及
(iv) 在下列其中兩(2)項或以上的技術/產品具備至少三(3)年的全職累積工作經驗:
1. 虛擬化技術,例如VMware vCenter、高可用度vSphere及Distributed Resource Scheduler(DRS);
2. 儲存區域網絡(SAN);
3. 容器化技術,例如Red Hat Openshift、podman、containerd、KubeSphere等;
4. 附有Active Directory(AD)的Microsoft Windows Server、Group Policy、檔案伺服器(File Server)叢集及Windows Server Update Services(WSUS);
5. Linux操作系統,例如Red Hat Enterprise Linux、Oracle Linux、CentOS、Ubuntu等;
6. 網頁伺服器,例如Apache HTTP Server、Microsoft Internet Information Services等;
7. 數據庫系統,例如Microsoft SQL Server叢集、Oracle關係數據庫管理系統(RDBMS)、MySQL、MariaDB、MongoDB等;以及
8. HCL Domino。

(b) 申請人須以客為先,能在壓力下工作,並願意應要求在辦公時間之後逾時工作,以及間中候命工作。

(c) 申請人如具備使用以下技術/產品的經驗,將獲優先考慮:
(i) 網頁程式伺服器,例如Red Hat JBoss、WildFly、Apache Tomcat等;
(ii) IP電話系統;以及
(iii) 分布式檔案/存儲系統,例如Ceph、Longhorn等。

(d) 申請人如持有以下證書或具備同等資格,將獲優先考慮:
(i) VMware Certified Professional;
(ii) Red Hat Certified System Administration (RHCSA)/Red Hat Certified System Engineer (RHCE);
(iii) 微軟認證專家(Microsoft Certified Professional,MCP)/微軟認證解決方案技術師(Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate,MCSA)/微軟認證解決方案專家(Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert,MCSE);以及
(iv) Lotus Notes及Domino的HCL/IBM Certified System Administrator。
註: (1) 申請人必須在截止申請日期或之前已經符合所須的入職條件。
(2) 政府在聘任非公務員時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)「E級」成績,在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第2級」成績。
(3) 申請人須參加遴選面試及筆試。如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,通訊事務管理局辦公室可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲甄選的申請人會獲邀參加有關面試及筆試。
職責: 資訊科技主任(基本設施)將主要負責-
(a) 管理基本設施,包括Microsoft平台、數據庫、網頁平台、虛擬化技術、容器化技術、Linux、儲存區域網絡(SAN)/網絡儲存設備(NAS)、HCL Domino系統,以及其他於辦公室環境常用的應用程式;
(b) 提供求助台和熱線支援;
(c) 提供技術諮詢,以支援業務要求;
(d) 與持份者聯繫和合作,以達成業務目標;以及
(e) 執行管理層指定的其他技術和行政職責。
聘用條款: 受聘者將按為期兩年的非公務員合約條款聘任。續約與否視乎受聘者的工作表現和服務需要而定。
福利: (a) 受聘者如在合約期內工作表現和行為持續良好,於合約圓滿結束後可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金加上政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘者向強制性公積金(強積金)計劃所作的供款,總數可達合約期內所得底薪總額的15%。
(b) 受聘者可按《僱傭條例》的規定,在適當情況下享有休息日、法定假日、年假、分娩假期、侍產假和疾病津貼。
附註: (a) 除另有指明外,申請人獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民;
(b) 作為提供平等就業機會的僱主,政府致力消除在就業方面的歧視。所有符合基本入職條件的人士,不論其殘疾、性別、婚姻狀況、懷孕、年齡、家庭崗位、性傾向和種族,均可申請本欄內的職位;

Entry Requirements: (a) Candidates [See Note 1] should have –
(i) a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related discipline from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(ii) met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ [See Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(iii) at least four (4) years relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience, of which one (1) year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; and
(iv) at least three (3) years’ full-time aggregate experience in two (2) or more of the following technologies/ products:
1. Virtualisation such as VMware vCenter, vSphere with High Availability and Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS);
2. Storage Area Network (SAN);
3. Containerisation such as Red Hat Openshift, podman, containerd, KubeSphere, etc.;
4. Microsoft Windows Server with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, File Server cluster and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS);
5. Linux operating systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.
6. Web servers such as Apache HTTP Server, Microsoft Internet Information Services, etc.;
7. Database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server cluster, Oracle RDBMS, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, etc.; and
8. HCL Domino.

(b) Candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required.

(c) Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in using the following technologies / products:
(i) Web application servers such as Red Hat JBoss, WildFly, Apache Tomcat, etc.;
(ii) IP telephony system; and
(iii) Distributed file/ storage system such as Ceph, Longhorn, etc.

(d) Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent:
(i) VMware Certified Professional;
(ii) Red Hat Certified System Administration (RHCSA)/ Red Hat Certified System Engineer (RHCE);
(iii) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)/ Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)/ Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE); and
(iv) HCL/IBM Certified System Administrator for Lotus Notes and Domino.
Note: (1) Applicants should have met the entry requirements on or before the closing date for application.
(2) For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
(3) Candidates will be required to attend a selection interview cum written test. Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, OFCA may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates for further processing. In these circumstances, only shortlisted candidates will be invited.
Duties: Information Technology Officer (Infrastructure) will be mainly responsible for:
(a) managing infrastructure including Microsoft platform, databases, web platform, virtualisation, containerisation, Linux, Storage Area Network (SAN)/ Network Attached Storage (NAS), HCL Domino systems, and other common applications for office environment;
(b) providing helpdesk and hotline support;
(c) providing technical advices to support business requirements;
(d) engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the business objectives; and
(e) carrying out other technical and administrative duties as specified by the management.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be appointed on two-year non-civil service contract (NCSC) terms. Further renewal of contract will be subject to the candidate’s performance and service needs.
Fringe Benefits (a) A gratuity may be granted if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will add up to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
(b) Rest days, statutory holidays, annual leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
General Notes: (a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise;

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
