職責:	投資推廣署現正物色充滿熱忱、以結果為本的市場推廣及公共關係優秀專才，擔任副總裁（領導思維，市場推廣及公共關係）一職。你將發揮卓越的思想領導力、溝通能力、市場推廣和公關才能，以吸引和支持內地及海外的企業在香港及透過香港建立和拓展業務。 職位 你須與投資推廣署的團隊緊密合作，包括內地及海外的團隊，主要服務家族辦公室及金融服務小組。 要勝任以上職位，你須： (a) 具備卓越的領導思維，並能為目標客戶撰寫簡介及見解摘要； (b) 具備協助制訂全球綜合市場推廣及公關策略及在內地和海外舉辦推廣活動的豐富知識及經驗； (c) 具備敏銳商業觸覺、優秀市場推廣及公關能力； (d) 在與主要持份者建立、發展及管理合作關係方面具備良好的往績記錄； (e) 具備優秀能力，透過構思全球投資推廣、公共關係及市場推廣活動吸引全球目標客戶，實現投資推廣署的重點業務； (f) 具備卓越的中英文溝通技巧，並能在跨文化環境下有效工作；以及 (g) 了解香港的營商環境，特別是家族辦公室及金融服務生態系統。 職責 (a) 就家族辦公室、金融服務行業及其他行業相關的政策措施、為其所提供的服務及投資機會方面，撰寫及出版相關的領導思維文案、簡介、見解摘要、市場推廣、公共關係及媒體材料，並製作通訊材料； (b) 協助實施全球綜合推廣、市場營銷及公共關係的推廣策略及計劃，從而向內地及海外目標客戶傳達銷售資訊； (c) 與相關持份者建立及加強彼此的伙伴關係； (d) 物色外部機構，包括市場推廣和公關機構、製作公司和供應商，並與它們合作開展有效的全球推廣活動； (e) 協助管理FamilyOfficeHK及其他投資推廣署的網站的內容和更新，並協助網站改善計劃，豐富網站內容並改進導航功能，以提供更好的用戶體驗，從而提升網站對目標客戶的相關性及知名度； (f) 協助建立、促進和管理FamilyOfficeHK及其他社交平台的內容和通訊，以加強與主要持份者在網上互動，並提高協同效應； (g) 協助團隊完成媒體採訪、新聞發佈資料、監察新聞動向及向持份者提供資訊；以及 (h) 執行由上級指派的其他職務。
聘用條款:	獲錄取的申請人將按非公務員合約條款聘用，為期3個月。視乎申請人的良好工作表現，期滿後投資推廣署將酌情延長合約，惟累計不超過24個月。一般情況下，申請人將會再獲續約﹙視乎申請人的工作表現和品行及屆時本署的服務需要）。
福利:	(a) 受聘人如能圓滿地完成整個合約，並在合約期內一直維持良好的工作表現，可獲發一筆約滿酬金。該筆酬金，加上部門按照《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款，將相等於受聘人在合約期內支取的基本薪金總額的15%；及 (b) 可享有每年14天有薪年假。如合約期少於12個月，年假將按比例計算。受聘人亦可享有《僱傭條例》規定而又適用的其他福利，例如休息日、法定假日（或代替假日）、產假／侍產假和疾病津貼。

Entry Requirements:	(a) Four years of relevant full-time work experience gained in investment promotion, communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably gained in financial services industry. With experience in project management in the financial services industries would be an advantage. (b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; a post-graduate degree holder in communications, marketing, PR-related disciplines or holder of relevant professional qualifications would have an advantage; (c) Knowledge and experience of working with agencies and contractors on marketing/ PR campaign development and execution; and (d) An excellent command of both written English and Chinese communications skills. Fluency in English and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in Cantonese will be an advantage.
Duties:	InvestHK is looking for a passionate, high-calibre, result-oriented Marketing and Public Relations (“PR”) professional to join us as Vice President (Thought Leadership, Marketing and Public Relations). In this exciting new role, you will need to deploy your superb thought leadership, communications, marketing and PR skills to attract and support Mainland and overseas companies in establishing and expanding their operations in and through Hong Kong. The Role You will work closely with teams of InvestHK including those in the Mainland and overseas, serving mainly Family Office (“FO”) and Financial Services (“FS”) Teams. You will need to demonstrate: (a) Powerful thought leadership surrounding market trends and themes and the ability to develop briefs and insights for target audiences; (b) Solid knowledge and experience in assisting in formulating global integrated marketing and PR campaign strategy and executing promotion campaigns in the Mainland and overseas; (c) Strong business acumen, marketing and PR skills; (d) Proven track record of forging, developing and managing strong collaboration with key stakeholders; (e) Excellent skills to translate business priorities of InvestHK into global investment promotion, PR and marketing programmes that appeal to our target audiences; (f) Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment; and (g) Knowledge of Hong Kong’s business environment, especially the FO and FS ecosystem. Duties (a) To develop and produce thought leadership content, briefs, insights, marketing, PR and media materials on policy measures, offerings and investment opportunities for FO, FS and other sectors, and other communication materials; (b) To assist in implementing a global integrated promotion, marketing and PR campaign strategy and plan to convey our sales messages to targeted audience in the Mainland and overseas; (c) To build and deepen relationships with relevant stakeholders; (d) To identify and work with external agencies, including marketing, and PR agencies, production houses and vendors to deliver effective global campaigns; (e) To assist in managing the content and update of the FamilyOfficeHK and other InvestHK websites and to support the website revamp project to enrich the content of the website and enhance navigation for better user experience to enhance its relevance and to boost its visibility to our target audience; (f) To help develop, facilitate and manage the content and communications in FamilyOfficeHK and various community platforms to maximise synergy and engagement with key stakeholders on line; (g) To support the team on media interviews, press materials, news monitoring and on written materials to key stakeholders; and (h) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Terms of Appointment:	Successful applicant will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for three months and the term may be extended up to an accumulative period of not more than 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of Invest Hong Kong. Under normal circumstances, there will usually be further renewal of contract, subject to the performance and conduct of the applicant, and the service need of the department.
Fringe Benefits	(a) An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will equal 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period; and (b) Applicant appointed will be granted 14 days of annual leave and the entitlement of annual leave will be calculated on pro-rata basis for appointment less than 12 months. Other benefits, such as rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity/ paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted mainly in line with the provisions of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
