(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等或以上成績,或具同等學歷 [註(1)及註(2)];或
(ii) 在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績,以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級/C級或以上成績,或具同等學歷[註(2)];以及
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科取得第2級或以上成績,或同等成績[註(3)]。
註: (1) 政府在聘任公務員時,香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目「達標並表現優異」成績(或2018年或之後香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目「達標並表現優異(I)」成績)/應用學習中文(非華語學生適用)科目「達標並表現優異」成績(最多計算兩科),以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目[包括應用學習中文(非華語學生適用)科目](最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 上述(a)項的科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
(3) 政府在聘任公務員時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及其後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(4) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣, 所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人如獲邀參加能力傾向測試,會被安排於能力傾向測試當日接受基本法知識筆試。申請人在基本法知識測試的表現,會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
(5) 具備市場推廣、商業管理、物流及/或運輸方面的學歷資格及/或工作經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮。
職責: 二級助理郵務監督的主要職責包括–
(a) 管理郵政分局的郵政服務和資源管理;
(b) 進行研究和分析數據及資料,以監察機構表現,從而協助部門就郵務運作、業務發展和組織發展等方面作出決策;
(c) 協助尋找新的商機,並對業務需求作出回應,提高盈利能力和顧客滿意程度;
(d) 協助提供資訊科技和郵務機械化方面的解決方案,迎合業務和運作方面的需求;
(e) 協助管理辦公地方編配計劃;以及
(f) 提供郵政相關業務所需的行政支援,包括國際郵政事務、財務、公關服務和員工培訓與發展。
聘用條款: 獲取錄的申請人通常會按公務員試用條款受聘三年。通過試用關限後,或可獲考慮按當時適用的長期聘用條款聘用。
附註: (a) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。

(h) 政府的政策,是盡可能安排殘疾人士擔任適合的職位。殘疾人士申請職位,如其符合入職條件,毋須再經篩選,便會獲邀參加能力傾向測試。在適合受聘而有申報為殘疾的申請人和適合受聘程度相若的其他申請人當中,招聘當局可給予前者適度的優先錄用機會。有關政府聘用殘疾人士的政策及其他相關措施載列於《用人唯才:殘疾人士申請政府職位》的資料冊內。申請人可於公務員事務局互聯網站參閱該資料冊,網址如下:http://www.csb.gov.hk 內的"公務員隊伍的管理-聘任"。
(i) 持有本港以外學府/非香港考試及評核局頒授的學歷人士亦可申請,惟其學歷必須經過評審以確定是否與職位所要求的本地學歷水平相若。有關申請人須於2020年11月19日或之前郵寄修業成績副本及證書副本到下述查詢地址。信封面須註明「申請二級助理郵務監督職位」及支付足夠郵資。申請人如透過網上申請,請在文件副本上註明網上申請編號。
(J) 在臨近截止申請日期,接受網上申請的伺服器可能因為需要處理大量申請而非常繁忙。申請人應盡早遞交申請,以確保在限期前成功於網上完成申請程序。

只有通過能力傾向測試的申請人才會獲邀參加遴選面試。申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試,通常會在能力傾向測試後約8星期內接獲通知。如申請人未獲邀請參加遴選面試,則可視作已落選。

Entry Requirements: Candidates should have -
(a) (i) Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Notes (1) and (2)]; or
(ii) Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3/Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)]; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (3)].
Note: (1) For civil service appointment purpose, 'Attained with Distinction' (or 'Attained with Distinction (I)' from 2018 HKDSEE onwards) in Applied Learning subjects / 'Attained with Distinction' in Applied Learning (Chinese) (for non-Chinese speaking students) subject (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade C in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 3 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. 'Attained' in Applied Learning subjects [including Applied Learning (Chinese) (for non-Chinese speaking students) subject] (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.
(2) The subjects in (a) may include Chinese Language and English Language.
(3) For civil service appointment purpose, 'Grade C' and 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' and 'Level 2' respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
(4) For the purpose of heightening public awareness of the Basic Law (BL) and promoting a culture of learning of BL in the community, assessment of BL knowledge will be included in the recruitment for all civil service jobs. Candidates who are invited to attend the aptitude test will be assessed on their BL knowledge through a written test on the same day. The BL test result will be one of the considerations to assess the suitability of a candidate.
(5) Candidates with education background and/or working experience in marketing, business management, logistics and/or transport preferred.
Duties: An Assistant Controller of Posts II is mainly deployed on -
(a) managing the provision of postal services and resource management in branch offices;
(b) conducting research and analyzing data and information for tracking organizational performance for supporting decision-making on postal operation, business development and corporate development;
(c) assisting in identifying new business opportunities and responding to business needs to improve profitability and customer satisfaction;
(d) assisting in delivering information technology and postal mechanization solutions to meet business and operation needs;
(e) assisting in the management of office accommodation projects; and
(f) providing administrative support for postal related activities, including international postal affairs, financial services, public relation services and staff training and development.
Terms of Appointment: A new appointee will normally be appointed on civil service probationary terms for three years. Upon passage of probation bar, the officer may be considered for appointment on the prevailing permanent terms.
General Notes: (a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

If a disabled candidate meets the entry requirements, he/she will be invited to attend the aptitude test without being subject to further shortlisting. Applicants who have declared disabilities found suitable for appointment may be given an appropriate degree of preference over other applicants whose suitability for appointment is considered comparable to that of the former. (i) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. Candidates who are invited for aptitude test will normally receive an invitation in about 15 weeks from the closing date for application. Those who do not receive an invitation for the aptitude test may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. The period of notification for the aptitude test may be longer in exceptional circumstances, e.g. when a large number of applications are received or when there are other complications.
Only candidates who have passed the aptitude test will be invited to attend the selection interview. Candidates who are invited for selection interview will normally receive an invitation in about 8 weeks after the aptitude test. Those who do not receive an invitation for the selection interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
