(a) be students currently enrolled in full-time Bachelor degree programme offered by local/overseas post-secondary institutions;
(b) have completed the second year of study;
(c) be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office; and
(d) have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Successful candidates will be appointed to work in the Search & Departmental Services Division (SDSD) of the Land Registry and be assigned to:
(a) assist in developing and building up a computer programme for daily operation; and
(b) assist in performing general office and administrative duties.
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service terms for 2 months starting from mid-June. They are normally required to work 44 hours per week.
Rest days, statutory holidays, general holidays and sickness days will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance (Cap.57).
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment.

Applicants who have declared disabilities found suitable for appointment may be given an appropriate degree of preference over other applicants whose suitability for appointment is considered comparable to that of the former. (g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. They should submit copies of their official transcripts and certificates by mail to the above enquiry address.

(b) Interview is not required. Those who have not been informed by 16 June 2023 may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
