入職條件:	申請人必須 ─ (a) 持有根據香港法例第161章《醫生註冊條例》於香港註冊的醫科資格或同等資歷； (b) 持有香港醫學專科學院院士資歷或同等資歷； (c) 具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力；以及 (d) 能操流利粵語。
職責:	主要職責包括－ (a) 根據部門／跨部門／國際間新訂的計劃及指引，因應不同情況優化服務模式和規程； (b) 管理由醫療站呈報的臨牀醫療事故； (c) 在管理層面參與籌建在新設檢疫中心內的醫療站的相關工作； (d) 監察及檢視醫療站的運作，擬備優化計劃並就員工所提的意見作出回應； (e) 根據檢疫中心的規模，規劃及檢視派駐醫療站的專業及非專業職系人員的整體人力需求； (f) 就傳媒、公眾對醫療站運作的查詢、員工及公眾的投訴進行調查，並提交意見以便回覆有關查詢及投訴； (g) 督導為醫生、護士及配藥員等人員而設的醫療站工作培訓計劃； (h) 監察醫療站人員的健康狀況，並就此向相關各方提供意見及滙報； (i) 一旦新傳染病爆發對公共衞生構成威脅，協助制訂全新的準備及應變計劃以便應對；以及 (j) 如有需要，在醫療站執行醫生職務。
聘用條款:	成功的申請人一般將按爲期3至6個月之非公務員合約條款聘任；續約與否視乎屆時本部門的服務需要及受聘人的工作表現而定。
福利:	(a) 如受聘人在合約期內工作表現和行爲良好，則在合約圓滿結束後可獲約滿酬金。該筆酬金，連同政府按照《強制性公積金計劃條例》(第485章)的規定爲受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款，會相等於合約期所得底薪總額的15%。 (b) 受聘人可享有14天有薪年假，如合約聘用期並非12個月，受聘人可享有的有薪年假將按比例計算。受聘人可享有其他《僱傭條例》規定而又適用的福利，例如休息日、法定假期(或代替假日)、產假／侍產假及疾病津貼。

Job Title:	Contract Senior Doctor (Medical Post in Quarantine Centre)
Salary:	Monthly salary at HK$129,375 plus end-of-contract gratuity.
Entry Requirements:	Candidates should – (a) possess a medical qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance, Cap. 161 or equivalent; (b) be a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine or equivalent; (c) have a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and (d) be able to speak fluent Cantonese.
Duties:	The main duties include – (a) To devise enhanced service delivery models and protocols based on various situations with respect to new departmental/ cross-departmental /international plans and guidelines; (b) To manage clinical medical incidents reported in medical posts; (c) To participate in the planning of medical post in new quarantine centre (QC) at management level; (d) To monitor and review the operation of medical posts and draw up improvement plans and feedback to staff; (e) To plan and review overall manpower requirement of medical post (including both professional and non-professional staff) according to the scale of QC; (f) To investigate and submit input for reply to media and public enquiries and staff and public complaints concerning the operation of medical posts; (g) To supervise the training programmes on medical post duties for various staff (including doctors, nurses, dispensers, etc.); (h) To keep track on the health status of staff working in medical posts and to provide advice and reporting to relevant parties; (i) To assist in developing new contingency and preparedness plans in dealing with outbreak of new infectious diseases which post public health threats; and (j) To perform doctor duties in medical post when necessary.
Terms of Appointment:	Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 3 - 6 months. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of the Department and the performance of the candidate.
Fringe Benefits	(a) For candidates who work on a full-time basis, an end-of-contract gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. The amount of gratuity payable will be the sum which, when added to the Government's contribution to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance (Cap. 485), equals to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. (b) Candidates appointed for 12 months are eligible for 14 days' paid annual leave. For candidates appointed for a contract period other than 12 months, the paid annual leave entitled will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Other benefits such as rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity/paternity leave and sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the Employment Ordinance.
