(a) (i) Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [ Notes 1 & 2]; or
(ii) Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Notes 2 & 3]; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent [ Note 3]; and
(c) good knowledge of various computer application, e.g. MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, graphic, photo processing and word-processing in both Chinese and English.
(1) “Attained with Distinction” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade C in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 3 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. (2) The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language. (3) ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. (4) Preference may be given to candidates with relevant working experience.
(a) To organize, coordinate and implement large-scale district events and community activities, including programme planning, logistics and publicity work; (b) To provide administrative support to District Management Team or District Council secretariat, assist the implementation of District Management Work Projects and inspect outdoor facilities/ works funded by Kwun Tong District Council, etc; (c) To provide secretarial and logistic support; and (d) To perform any other duties as assigned.
Terms of Appointment:
(a) Candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms. (b) One-year contract will be offered to successful candidates. Further renewal should be subject to satisfactory performance, operational needs and availability of resources. (c) May need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or at non-office hours upon requests.
15% contract gratuity (inclusive of 5% MPF contribution) with the contractual conditions met plus Employment Ordinance benefits as appropriate.
