(c) 能操流利粵語及具良好中、英語文水平;
(d) 具備良好溝通技巧及人際關係;
(e) 懂電腦軟件應用知識,包括MS Word、Excel、 PowerPoint及中英文文書處理。
註: (a) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績;
- 行政助理(全職):
(b) 行政助理(全職)共包括四個職系崗位,分別為行政助理(區議會)、行政助理(青年活動)、行政助理(免費法律諮詢)及行政助理(工程)
(c) 申請人具相關工作經驗可能獲優先考慮,相關工作經驗包括公共關係、處理查詢、計劃及管理項目或活動、管理工程/機電工程/建築項目、監管合約承辦商、秘書支援、聯絡或行政工作;
(d) 申請人具公共行政、非政府組織或地區事宜的認識或工作經驗可能獲優先考慮;
- 行政助理(兼職):
(e) 申請人為在學學生可能獲優先考慮。
職責: 一般職責包括下列工作,惟會按調配情況而有所變更。就行政助理(兼職)而言,受聘期間其職責會有所變更,以便提供機會以更深入認識政府不同的工作範疇:
(a) 負責一般行政及管理支援,例如項目計劃及管理、資源及檔案管理、整合報告及數據等;
(b) 為委員會、會議、工作小組提供秘書及後勤支援,包括準備以中、英雙語擬備的會議文件、議程、會議紀錄及相關文件,並於會議後執行跟進事宜;
(c) 就區議會及其委員會/工作小組或地區青年活動委員會主辦的項目,負責協助舉辦、統籌、監察及評核不同的地方計劃,例如社區參與活動、青年計劃/活動及工程項目等;
(d) 就地區計劃/活動,協助籌備及舉行公眾推廣及公共關係事宜;
(e) 就地區計劃/活動,協助處理採購事務及執行監管合約事宜;
(f) 協助擬備呈交予政府部門、立法會及區議會的所需文件;
(g) 協助審核及處理,各項由地方組織、包括學校及非政府組織就地區計劃/活動提交的項目申請;
(h) 協助處理批出撥款予成功申請資助的地方組織;以及監察地區計劃/活動的進度,包括審核有關區議會、其他政府部門、非政府組織、及/或商業機構呈交的一般財務報表及進度報告;
(i) 負責諮詢服務中心的櫃檯服務;
(j) 負責有關社區會堂/社區中心的租訂安排及其電腦系統;
(k) 負責執行有關免費法律諮詢服務及處理宣誓事宜;
(l) 負責處理市民或其他組織提出的查詢及提問;
(m) 就地區計劃/活動,負責處理相關的檔案文件,包括網頁上的資訊;
(n) 有需要時處理其他獲分派的工作。
聘用條款: (a) 應徵者如獲錄用,將會按非公務員合約條款受聘。合約期會因應獲調派不同崗位而有所分別;
(b) 受聘人需在沙田民政事務處、沙田區議會秘書處或其他區域的民政事務處工作;
(c) 如有需要,須於星期六、日、公眾假期及辦公時間外工作;
(d) 受聘人或須於戶外工作;
- 行政助理(全職):
(e) 受聘人每星期的總工作時間為44小時(包括一小時的午膳時間)。一般而言,受聘人會於星期一至五工作;
- 行政助理(兼職):
(f) 受聘人的工作時間一般為每天3至5小時(不包括午膳時間),或按工作需要而有所變更。
福利: (a) 按照《僱傭條例》的規定,視乎情況給予休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、年假、產假和疾病津貼;
- 行政助理(全職):
(b) 如受聘人在合約期內一直表現理想且行為良好,則在合約圓滿結束後,可獲發約滿酬金(合約期須不少於一年且符合合約條件)。該筆酬金,連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於合約期所得底薪總額的15%。
附註: (a) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。
(b) 作為提供平等就業機會的僱主,政府致力消除在就業方面的歧視。所有符合基本入職條件的人士,不論其殘疾、性別、婚姻狀況、懷孕、年齡、家庭崗位、性傾向和種族,均可申請本欄內的職位。
(c) 非公務員職位並不是公務員編制內的職位。應徵者如獲聘用,將不會按公務員聘用條款和服務條件聘用。獲聘的應徵者並非公務員,並不會享有獲調派、晉升或轉職至公務員職位的資格。
(d) 入職薪酬、聘用條款及服務條件,應以獲聘時之規定為準。
(e)如果符合訂明入職條件的應徵者人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的應徵者,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的應徵者會獲邀參加招聘考試╱面試。
(f) 政府的政策,是盡可能安排殘疾人士擔任適合的職位。殘疾人士申請職位,如其符合入職條件,毋須再經篩選,便會獲邀參加面試/筆試。
(g) 持有本港以外學府╱非香港考試及評核局頒授的學歷人士亦可申請,惟其學歷必須經過評審以確定是否與職位所要求的本地學歷水平相若。有關申請人須郵寄修業成績副本及證書副本到下列查詢地址。

Entry Requirements: Candidates should
(a) have a bachelors’ degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 (Note(a)) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(c) have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(d) have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(e) have knowledge of common computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese and English word-processing skills.
Note: (a) 'Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth;
- Executive Assistant (Full-time):
(b) Executive Assistant (Full-time) includes four streams of positions namely EA(District Council), EA(Youth Programme), EA(Free Legal Advice Scheme) and EA(Works)
(c) Preference may be given to candidates who have experience in public relations, enquiries handling, project or event design and management, management of works / engineering / architectural projects, management of contractors, secretarial support, liaison or administrative work;
(d) Possess knowledge and experience in public administration / non-governmental organisations (NGOs) / district affairs is an advantage;
- Executive Assistant (Part-time):
(e) Preference may be given to candidates who are students on studying.
Duties: Duties in general include the following which may vary for different positions. Specifically, for Executive Assistant (Part-time), the duties may vary during their appointment in order to provide opportunities for deeper understanding of various areas of work in Government:
(a) To provide general administrative and management support, such as project planning and management, resource and records management, compilation of reports and statistics, etc.;
(b) To provide secretarial and logistical support to committees, meetings, working groups, including preparation of papers, agenda, minutes and the related document in both English and Chinese and taking follow-up actions after the meetings;
(c) To assist in the organization, coordinating, monitoring and evaluation of various district projects, e.g. community involvement activities, youth programmes/activities and works projects, etc. be those initiated by District Council (DC), its Committees/Working Groups and District Youth Programme Committee, etc.;
(d) To assist in the coordination and organization of publicity, promotion and public relations activities concerning the district projects/activities;
(e) To assist in handling procurement exercises for the district projects/activities and performing the contract management duties;
(f) To assist in preparing submissions to the government departments, the Legislative Council and the DC as and when required;
(g) To assist in vetting and processing applications for various district projects/activities from district organisations including schools and non-governmental organisations (NGOs);
(h) To assist in allocating payment of approved funds to successful district organisations; and to monitor progress of district projects/activities including vetting regular financial and progress reports from District Council, other government departments, NGOs and/or business organizations;
(i) To man the reception counter of the Public Enquiry Service Centre (PESC);
(j) To manage the booking arrangements and computer system of community halls/centres;
(k) To assist in implementing Free Legal Advice Scheme and providing declaration service;
(l) To attend to enquiries and queries from the public and other organisations;
(m) To maintain and manage the relevant documents including information on the website for the district projects/activities; and
(n) To undertake any other duties as and when required.
Terms of Appointment: (a) Candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms. Contract duration may vary for different deployments as specified by the appointment authority;;
(b) Candidates appointed is required to work in Sha Tin District Office, Sha Tin District Council Secretariat or any of the District Offices as appropriate;
(c) May need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or at non-office hours upon requests;
(d) Candidates may be required to work outdoor;
- Executive Assistant (Full-time):
(e) The working hours are 44 hours gross per week (including one-hour lunch break). Normally, the appointee will work from Mondays to Fridays;
- Executive Assistant (Part-time):
(f) The working hours are likely to be 3 to 5 hours (excluding meal break) per day, which might vary subject to the operational need.
Fringe Benefits (a) Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance;
- Executive Assistant (Full-time):
(b) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct (applicable where the contract period is no less than one year and the contractual conditions are met). Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
General Notes: (a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. They should submit copies of their official transcripts and certificates by mail to the below enquiry address.

Completed forms together with copies of academic qualifications(including copies of certificates) and supporting documents of working experience should reach the enquiry address on or before the closing date.
