註:	(1) 政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。 (2) 獲篩選的申請人會獲邀參加筆試。 (3) 申請人，無論男女，均可應徵。
職責:	本職位從屬於高級項目經理，主要負責： (a) 協助設計、開發及維護流動程式和社交媒體平台； (b) 協助策劃及執行網站的設計和編輯工作； (c) 就有關工作與內部團隊和其他部門進行合作；及 (d) 就其他宣傳推廣工作提供協助。
聘用條款:	獲取錄申請人將按非公務員合約條款聘任，為期24個月(包括為期3個月的試用期)。
福利:	如受聘人在合約期內工作表現和行為良好，則在合約圓滿結束後，可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金，加上政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》(第485章)為受聘人作出的強積金供款，將相等於受聘人在合約期內所得底薪總額的15%。受聘人每年可享有12天有薪例假，以及《僱傭條例》(第57章)規定而又適用的休息日、法定假期、產假／侍產假及疾病津貼。

Entry Requirements:	Candidates should: (a) have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Disciplines related to Communications, Marketing, or Journalism preferred; (b) have at least 2 years of full time post-qualification work experience in supporting public relations, community engagement, or social media marketing initiatives in a sizeable organization, with the use of mobile applications, digital platforms and/or social media platforms; (c) have attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) , or equivalent (See Note 1); and (d) be proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English; and (e) be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge on software applications in mobile applications and website design and editing, experience in the design, development and maintenance of mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms, the design and editing of websites, as well as the collection and definition of user requirements, the planning and execution of user acceptance test, and the preparation of user procedure manual considered an advantage.
Note:	(1) For the purpose of appointment of Non-Civil Service Contract Staff, 'Grade C' and 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' and 'Level 2' respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. (2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to sit for a written test. (3) The post is open to male and female.
Duties:	Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the main duties of the job are: (a) to assist in the design, development and maintenance of mobile applications and social media platforms; (b) to assist in the planning and execution of website design and editing; (c) to collaborate with internal teams and other departments; and (d) to assist in other duties in taking forward publicity matters.
Terms of Appointment:	Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of 24 months (including a 3-month probationary period).
Fringe Benefits	A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance (Cap. 485), will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. The employee is entitled to 12 days paid annual leave. The eligibility of the employee for rest days, statutory holidays, maternity/paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, would be in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57).
