1. Primary 6 or equivalent; 2. Have a good command of written chinese, able to speak fluent Cantonese and read simple English; 3. Working experience is required (with supporting documents).
1. To assist the management of community halls/centres; (details refer to item 2 below) 2. To prepare the activities of community halls/centres; monitor the condition of halls, monitor the usage of facilities and provide assistance, maintain order and cleanliness of community halls/centres, arrange the places of furniture, equipment and other goods; receive and distribute documents and promotional materials; answer general enquiries; register for the booking of community halls/centres; report for maintenance of equipments; lock/unlock doors; regular patrol to record any irregularities; and any other duties as assigned.
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidates will be appointed on Non-civil Service Contract Terms for one year. Candidates will be appointed on part time basis, work irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, work at night and outdoors maybe required.
