(a) Primary 6, or equivalent;
(b) Good command of written Chinese. Ability to speak fluent Cantonese;
(c) Preference may be given to candidates who are familiar with Chinese and English typing and Excel software, and/or have relevant working experience.
1. To handle the booking applications of Community Centres / Halls (CCs/CHs) in Tai Po District, such as processing application forms, date input, compiling timetables of usage, handling enquiries, etc.
2. To monitor the use of facilities of CCs/CHs in Tai Po District, such as ensuring the venues and facilities are used in an orderly manner, reporting items required repair, patrolling the floors of and areas within and outside CCs/CHs, assisting in the supervision of the cleaning services and furniture moving;
3. Any other duties assigned.

Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms. Contract period normally lasts for one year.
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
