(i) Form 5 graduate with Grade E/Level 2 or above in English and Chinese and Grade E or above in other 3 subjects obtained at the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination; or (ii) Secondary school graduate with Level 2 or above in English and Chinese and Level 2 or above in other 3 subjects obtained at the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination; or equivalent
(i)To assist in the formation and development of mutual aid committees and owners’ corporations and heighten their interest in community affairs. (ii)To assist staff of Sai Kung District Office in fight crime campaigns and other community affairs. (iii)To assist in research work and to gauge public opinions. (iv) To carry out any other duties as assigned by staff of Sai Kung District Office (including outdoor duties).
Terms of Appointment:
Part-time nature with irregular working hours. May be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. May be required to perform duty at night or work ourdoor. Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms. A one-year contract will be offered with further renewal subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs.

(7) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. Completed forms, together with photocopies of academic certificates and employment references (e.g. record of service, reference letter, etc) should reach the Sai Kung District Office on 6/F, Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex at 38 Pui Shing Road, Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O on or before 22.1.2015. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in two weeks from the closing date of application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
