Set Design and Scenic Services Section, Production Services Division
$55 per hour, around 175 – 240 hours per month, depending on operational need
Candidates should have completed Primary 6 education, or equivalent.
Candidates who possess –
(i)experience in set construction / decoration / prop making / TV or film production; and
(ii)fluency in spoken Cantonese; ability in reading and writing simple Chinese; ability in understanding simple English
will have an advantage.
(Note: Candidates may be required to sit for a trade test.)
Responsible for (i) transporting bulky and heavy scenic items; (ii) erecting sets in studios and outdoor filming locations according to design drawings; (iii) providing props-related services in support of programme production. (Notes: May be required to work irregular hours.)
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidate will be appointed on one-year non-civil service contract terms.
Rest days, general holidays, annual leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted on terms not less favourable than the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.

(G)Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
