(2) 具備最少二十年任職活動統籌及公共關係職位的經驗。有政府工作經驗及/或有籌備及舉行公共選舉、項目管理、大型活動及社區關係聯絡經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮;
(3) 具備良好中英文書寫能力並操流利粵語和英語;以及
(4) 具備良好電腦知識。
職責: (1) 統籌及策劃公共政策/措施的推展工作,例如選舉、大型活動、社區重點項目計劃及/或地區措施;
(2) 策劃及監察就舉行選舉、大型活動、社區重點項目計劃及/或地區措施而分配至18區民政處的財政及資源運用;
(3) 統籌及招聘非公務員合約員工以支援18區民政處舉行選舉、大型活動、社區重點項目計劃及/或地區措施;
(4) 統籌及撰寫就舉行選舉、大型活動、社區重點項目計劃及/或地區措施的報告;
(5) 與民政事務總署緊密合作的團體和機構 (包括但不限於少數族裔社區) 建立並維持良好的聯繫網絡;以及
(6) 在有需要時執行其他職務。
聘用條款: (1) 申請人如獲聘用,將會按非公務員合約條款受聘,合約期為12個月;
(2) 或需於戶外及正常上班時間以外工作,包括星期日及公眾假期。
福利: (1) 按照《僱傭條例》的規定,視乎情況給予休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、年假、產假和疾病津貼;
(2) 如受聘人在合約期內一直表現理想且行為良好,則在合約圓滿結束後,可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金,連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於合約期所得底薪總額的15%。
附註: (1) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。

Job Title: Project Manager (Special Duties)
Salary: $74,690 Per Month
Entry Requirements: (1) A Hong Kong degree or equivalent;
(2) Minimum 20 years of post-qualification working experience in event organisation and public relations. Preference will be given to applicants with government experience and/or relevant experience in planning and conducting public elections, project management, large-scale campaigns and community relations work;
(3) Excellent command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken; and
(4) Good computer knowledge.
Duties: (1) To oversee and coordinate the planning and implementation of public policies/initiatives, such as elections, large-scale campaigns, signature project scheme and/or district initiatives;
(2) To coordinate and monitor the deployment of financial resources allocated to 18 District Offices (DOs) for the elections, large-scale campaigns, signature project scheme and/or district initiatives;
(3) To oversee the recruitment and employment of non-civil service contract staff to be deployed to 18 DOs to support the implementation of elections, large-scale campaigns, signature project scheme and/or district initiatives;
(4) To coordinate and submit reports on the conduct of relevant initiatives, such as elections, large-scale campaign, signature project scheme and/or district initiatives;
(5) To establish and maintain an effective liaison network with groups and organisations with whom the Home Affairs Department works closely, including but not limited to ethnic minority communities; and/or
(6) To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by seniors.
Terms of Appointment: (1) Candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 12 months; and
(2) May be required to work outdoors and outside normal office hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays.
Fringe Benefits (1) Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
(2) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
General Notes: (1) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
