Candidate should have – (1) completed Secondary 4 with subjects studied including Mathematics, or equivalent; (2) attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language equivalent to at least Secondary 4 standard; (3) good knowledge in both Chinese and English word processing; (4) good knowledge in the application of common business software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and skills in internet and basic database programme; (5) a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in clerical work; and (6) relevant clerical experience in the Government is an advantage.
A Part-time Clerical Assistant is mainly deployed on - (a) general clerical support duties; and (b) general office support duties, including indoor and outdoor delivery of documents and setting up meeting venue.
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 12 months. He/she will be required to work 5 days per week and 3.5 hours per day.
Rest day, general holidays, annual leave, maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
