Applicants should (a) be full-time students studying degree programme in the fields of Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Technology offered by local accredited post-secondary institutions; and (b) be pre-final year students in September 2015 (i.e. students completed second year of study under 3-year university curriculum and students completed third year of study under 4-year university curriculum).
To carry out special project/assignment under the supervision of the tutor of EMSD and a supervisor of institution. Please refer to the attached file (Annex 1) for details of each project/assignment.
Terms of Appointment:
MTI Intern is engaged under non-civil service appointment. Employment period is from 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016. He / She is normally required to work 44 hours per week.
Rest day, statutory holidays, general holidays, sickness days, where appropriate, will be granted to the successful candidate in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance.
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Interview will be held in Hong Kong. Candidates who are not invited for interview by mid August 2015 may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
