(1) be permanent residents of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region studying full-time in local or overseas post-secondary institutions leading to an undergraduate degree;
(2) enter their final year of undergraduate programme after the summer of 2015 (Students who will graduate in the academic year of 2014-2015 will not be considered) [See Note (1)];
(3) be major in Property Management, Surveying or Architecture;
(4) be extrovert and positive ; have excellent inter-personal and communication skill, and fluent in spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) and English; and
(5) have good knowledge in computer applications including Chinese and English MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
[Note(1) : Applicants should produce documents issued by their post-secondary institutions to prove their qualifications. Applicants studying in overseas institutions should provide certificates issued by the appropriate authority of their post-secondary institutions certifying their student status in the institution.]
To undertake duties in relation to house management section including assisting in set up of facilities drawings database, managing the progress of different works, liaising and coordinating with different parties, and
assisting in the routine duties of the House Management Section, etc.
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidate will be engaged on non-civil service contract terms for a period of 1.5-2 months. Successful candidate is normally required to work 44 hours per week and may also be required to work outside normal office hours,during weekends or public holidays. Overtime work, where necessary, will be compensated by time-off in lieu.
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. They should submit copies of their official transcripts and certificates by mail to the enquiry address.

Applicants studying in overseas institutions should provide copies of official transcript of studies and a letter certifying the student status in the institution(bearing the letterhead of the post-secondary institutions they are currently enrolled on). Applicants should clearly mark "Application for Post-Secondary Student Summer Internship Programme (Facility Management Assistant)" on the envelope. Applications through e-mail and fax will NOT be accepted. All candidates invited for interview will be required to produce the originals of the supporting documents for verification purpose. The application will be deemed unsuccessful if any applicant fails to produce the originals of the required documents for verification. Candidates who are selected for interview will receive an invitation within five weeks from the closing date for application.
