A copy of the "Guidance Notes for Candidates" (Chinese version only) is attached (Annex II) for your reference. You are advised to read the Guidance Notes before coming to the Skills Test.
Please report your arrival to the reception counter on G/F of West Wing, former CGO at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time and bring with you this letter and your Hong Kong Identity Card for verification. If you do not turn up for the Skills Test, we will assume that you have withdrawn your application.
Please note that this invitation to the Skills Test does not imply that your stated qualifications have met the entry requirements of the post of Assistant Clerical Officer as it takes time to process all the applications.
If you are su bsequently invited to attend the selection interview, you will normally receive an invitation within ten weeks from the date of the Skills Test. Otherwise, you may assume that your application is unsuccessful.
If you have also applied for the post of Clerical Assistant in response to the job advertisement published on 8 August 2014 and are qualified for the Skills Test for the post, you will only be required to attend one Skills Test for the two posts (i.e. Assistant Clerical Officer and Clerical Assistant). Your Skills Test results will be used to assess whether you have met the requirement for attending the selection interview for the respective post.
